PAL is a not for profit organization.

Your donations to PAL are tax deductable and qualify for matching gifts at many of the local major employers.

Our 501(c)(3), 509(a)(1) and 170(b)(1)(A)(vi) tax exempt, public charity status was verified March 16, 2006.

We are eligible for tax exempt gifts, bequests, devises and transfers under section 2055, 2106 or 2522 of the Internal Revenue Code.
